Pellets are delivered on shrink-wrapped pallets, typically with 50 bags per ton. We use pallet jacks to place your delivery as close as possible to your requested drop-off area, weather and terrain permitting.

Absolutely. We offer free indoor storage and let you choose your delivery month at checkout. This is perfect for early-season buyers who want to lock in pricing and plan ahead.

Most homes using a pellet stove as a primary heat source need 2 to 3 tons for a full heating season. If you’re supplementing another heat source, 1 ton may be sufficient.
